I wonder what money was spent to medicate the swine who allegedly produced the virus. Big pharma would not have benefited so greatly to investigate the sty's the swine live in.

It’s just sad to know that above the spread of this disease, there is still no permanent solution for it. I wonder, what if it’ll come during times where mot of the people are running for payday loans to live and yet, there’s still no permanent vaccine for the said disease. It’s catastrophic.

DO WE HAVE AN EPIDEMIC? YES. AN EPIDEMIC OF STUPIDITY

Considering the incessant rhetoric regarding the H1N1 boogieman, one just has to wonder how many citizens truly comprehend the meaning of “pandemic.” It certainly sounds scary. But do any of us stop to consider that maybe, just maybe, fear is precisely what the pharmaceutical moguls want?

A “pandemic,” after all, simply means a disease – any disease – that crosses national boundaries. Immediately upon showing up in the U.S. from Mexico, the H1N1 virus was – by definition – a “pandemic.” How many of us actually contract the virus, or how many poor souls die because of it, has absolutely no relevance whatsoever. Pandemic simply means that there are cases in more than one country.

The shameless propaganda surrounding this misnamed “Swine Flu” has created needless hysteria, generated by a health care system gone mad, and whipped into frenzy by news media – people who ought to know better, folks now demonstrating all the forethought of chimpanzees on chocolate. Nothing about this circus is inherently sensible. It is, however, inherently wealth-building. The entire scenario is in fact a perverse exploitation of a populace that has come to look for magic pills if they want to survive one more day.

So, how about two minutes of applied logic? For the last 10 years in a row, the CDC estimates 36,000 Americans annually, have lost their lives at least in part due to various strains of flu viruses. 36,000 sad cases in the U.S. out of the millions of cases that occur each year. As of January 15, 2010, ABC News Health Watch reported that the best estimates were, that 80 million Americans had suffered flu symptoms in the previous 9 months, and 16,000 had died. By those figures, what would be the Death ratio? .0002% What do these numbers mean? They mean 99.9999 % of those who catch this crummy bug, do just fine.

Wouldn’t a little honesty in this situation go a long way? The directors of Health and Human Services, and the CDC – just stand up and tell the truth - that while this form of flu is nothing anybody enjoys, it is no more worse than any other kind of influenza.* Contracting the virus is rare, and the consequences are generally minor. It is almost never fatal. It will not make your eyeballs fall out. It has no lasting consequences, and people who have gotten it are recovering just fine, in the absence of any medical attention at all.

While it makes sense for the government to be prepared, to err on the side of caution, the news media, the CDC and the White House have turned this into an epidemic of stupidity and fear-mongering.

When our President stated the H1N1 virus was "cause for concern but not panic" that was a sadly misinformed statement, because it was not true. The correct statement should have been, " it is not now a cause for concern, but if it becomes one we will certainly let you know."

This virus is scarcely a deadly epidemic, as the numbers of those infected clearly demonstrate. Many, many times more people die each day from any number of other conditions.

The next time you see some expert on television warning the public about the “Swine Flu,” think about this: A truly sad 32 Americans have succumbed to this virus each week over the last year. But 300 Americans per day, die as a result of medication and treatment errors. And 18 citizens die every day of the year, for no better reason than undisciplined, sloppy physician handwriting on medical charts and prescription pads.

Let’s put this particular virus in perspective, for God sake. We are mindlessly drugging ourselves and our children right into oblivion. And the street-legal drug cartels know full well, if they can just frighten the entire population enough, they gain the windfall of 360,000,000 already- pill-popping Americans, gleefully absorbing a needle an average of 80 times in their lives.

No need to take my word for it - visit AllNurses.com website, and take a gander at what percentage of nurses - and who could possibly be more exposed to nasty bugs - elected to get the vaccine. At last count, it was one nurse in five. And doctors? Less than 10%.

Enough said.
